OUR food is simple, good old-fashioned, homemade grub. The star of the show is always the produce, which we source with diligence and pride from all corners of the island. Most of the producers we use are small, artisan operators who use old and trusted production methods, never intensive farming and adhere to traditional practises where possible. We champion their names at every available opportunity and so you will see that our menu is like a lexicon of the best of Irish artisans.
