Potted Dingle Bay crab with toasted soda bread and organic leaves

Carpaccio of Tom Durcan’s spiced beef with shaved Cáis na Tíre sheep’s cheese and mulled pear and walnut salad

Milleens’ cheese and caramelised onion croquettes, pickled plums, roasted macademia nuts and organic leaves


Char-grilled 28 day dry-aged Irish Hereford beef strip-loin steak with sticky onions, roasted garlic truffle butter and homemade chips

McCaughey’s roasted turkey stuffed with Pigs on the Green black pudding sausage, purple sprouts, chestnut stuffing, roasties, gravy and cranberry relish

Goatsbridge Farm sea-trout and trout caviar with crushed herby potatoes, samphire and pickled shellfish sauce
